Filing management
We carry your application through MCAZ, from the first quote to the registration certificate, so you never deal with MCAZ directly.
Most files die on procedure, not science.
- A payment that doesn’t match the quote exactly is sent back. Bank charges on transfers are the usual cause.
- A missing sample or a missed deadline stops the file.
- MCAZ allows one paid resubmission at screening, no deadline extensions, and at most two review cycles.

4SamplesDelivered to MCAZ’s samples office in Harare with the sample submission form.Receives the courier, clears customs, hand-delivers the samples and keeps the receipt.
5ScreeningOne paid resubmission allowed; a second failure is refused without assessment.Handles the warning letter and resubmission if it comes to that.

Why a reviewer reads every query answer
Most of filing is admin, but query answers are technical, and MCAZ allows only two review cycles. A weak answer uses up one of those two chances. Our reviewer reads each answer before it goes in and confirms it closes the query.

Pricing
Our fee is quoted for your product and pathway. MCAZ’s own fees are paid from your funds at exactly the quoted amount. Nothing is filed or paid until you accept.
