Karthasis (“we”, “us”) is a healthcare marketing agency working with organisations across pharma and healthcare providers worldwide. This page explains what information we collect through karthasis.com, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

What we collect

When you submit a project enquiry, we collect the contact and business information in that form so we can understand your request and respond. We also receive information you choose to share with us on WhatsApp.

We do use two kinds of measurement on the site: Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, which report aggregate page-view and performance data and don’t identify you individually, and Microsoft Clarity, which records session and interaction data (page navigation, scrolling, click patterns) to help us understand how the site is used. Clarity does not collect the content of your project enquiry or WhatsApp conversations with us.

How we use it

• Project enquiries and WhatsApp messages are used only to respond to your enquiry — usually within one business day.
• Session analytics are used to improve the site, not to identify or profile individual visitors.
• We never sell your information, and we don’t share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Where it’s stored

Project enquiries are stored in Supabase, our secure database provider. WhatsApp conversations are stored in WhatsApp under its own terms. The site itself is hosted on Vercel, with analytics provided by Vercel and Microsoft Clarity — reputable infrastructure providers we rely on to keep the site secure.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. Contact us on WhatsApp and we’ll action it promptly.

Children

This site and our services are intended for business use and are not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
