NTL Healthcare targets South Africa as hub for CerviCARE AI expansion

NTL Healthcare says it discussed South African adoption of CerviCARE AI with local stakeholders at WHX Johannesburg.
NTL Healthcare says South Africa could become a hub for its African expansion following discussions at WHX Johannesburg, held from 6 to 8 October. In a statement published by PR Newswire on 19 October, the company described meetings with South African policymakers and academic representatives about local adoption of CerviCARE AI.
The system analyses cervical images to support screening. NTL said more than 200 representatives from distributors, healthcare institutions and policy organisations visited its stand. Its account describes discussions on implementation, partnerships, regulatory approvals, training and operational planning.
The company also identified collaboration with medical foundations and Korea’s Knowledge Sharing Program as possible routes for future work. The South African expansion is at the planning and discussion stage described in NTL’s statement.
Commercial perspective
NTL’s proposed South African hub brings distribution, clinical training and regulatory planning into the same expansion strategy. Those practical arrangements are central to how the company intends to introduce its screening technology locally.
