05BEFORE YOU ENQUIRE

A little more
clarity.

Good research starts with clear expectations.

Which markets do you cover?

Zimbabwe and South Africa as standard. Zambia, Botswana, Namibia, Mozambique and other markets can be added as an extra.

Do I need a specific medicine to enquire?

No. Start with a product, category, competitor or business question. We help define the research before asking for detailed product information. Manufacturers with a prepared brief can also use the detailed medicine form.

How much does the research cost?

Each project is quoted for its products or categories, markets, depth and collection work. We respond to your brief within one business day, clarify any questions and agree a scope and price before work starts.

How long does a report take?

A scoped medicine report usually takes about two weeks from payment, followed by a 30-minute walkthrough. Other research and repeat updates have their own agreed delivery plan.

Why commission research if registers are public?

A register helps identify registered products. It does not by itself show current pharmacy availability, comparable channel prices or what the findings mean for your decision. Your scope brings the relevant evidence and interpretation together.

How current and comprehensive will the findings be?

Coverage and collection dates depend on your scope. We discuss the sources, markets and checks needed before starting, and explain evidence gaps. Observations at selected outlets do not represent every pharmacy or establish national market share.

Can you provide market share or sales volumes?

Only where suitable data can be obtained and agreed in the scope. Registration lists, shelf checks and tender notices do not establish market share or sales volumes on their own.

Can we discuss regular competitor updates?

Yes. Tell us the products, organisations or questions you want to follow. We discuss the feasible coverage, update frequency, delivery format and price with you. This is individually scoped research.

What if some information is unavailable?

We discuss access and evidence limits when scoping the work. If a question cannot be answered reliably, that limitation should be clear rather than treated as a confirmed finding.

Is my request kept confidential?

Yes. Client identities and commercial information are never published or shared.
